time since we last got round to posting anything. Never fear. We have drawn up a list of different bits and pieces to waffle about over the next few weeks so we won't be running out of ideas; just the time to right them.
Firstly since our last posting our very own Clive and his lovely girlfriend have had their first child together. Named Henry he is a potential Moonstones member of staff in the making. Weighing in at a healthy 6lb 10oz he's an adorable little chap (and we're not just saying that because we are biased). The only downside is we have enough trouble getting Clive to do any work as it is; now with a son just up the road, we fear we may only see him in passing as he will be spending as much time as he can at home (and who can really blame him?).
So one of our weddings this weekend (we had 7 over Friday, Saturday and Sunday so are feeling a bit weddinged out) had the most unusual choice of colourings we think we've ever put together, but we think you'll agree the colours are just gorgeous. Sarah has actually said she could almost (that is an almost) be tempted to get wed herself. We won't be holding our breath on that one.
The mauve? roses are so gorgeous and such an odd colour in the flesh. The photo has picked out more of the mauve, but in real life they had more of a brown tinge to them. They actually reminded us of old parchment paper. So beautiful, and a lovely sized head to go with them too. They were perfectly complemented by the cream. For those of you that like to know these things the Mauve variety is called Amnesia, and the cream is called Vendela. Both so different to each other but so perfect for each other at the same time.
